The parcel was delivered outside the main block for anyone to take. The buzzer wasn’t rang I was only aware when I got a notification to say it had been delivered. I get the drivers have multi drops but 2 minutes extra to deliver to the actual front door

Parcel was delivered to wrong address…

Parcel was delivered to wrong address even though my address was clearly on the parcel. Rang mills and boon who are sending a new parcel. Meanwhile the recipient of the parcel tracked me down via Facebook and various friends and I have had to collect it but unfortunately too late for mills and boon to stop the replacement parcel being sent out. What a mess. The delivery driver should have read the address before randomly choosing a house and leaving it outside. He’d taken a photo but this showed the parcel still in the boot of his car surrounded by parcels waiting to be delivered.
