I don't know when I have had a nicer person take care of me. Jacob was kind and professional as they come. Went through all the steps to change my oil and made sure everything was in working order. He also inflated my tires today so I would stop getting the warning message about check tire pressure. Thanks you for taking care of me and my car!
I was traveling 500 miles today and on the interstate I had a problem underneath my car. I was told to stop at the express oil change and tire engineers in Morehead, Kentucky.Apparently, they have only been open for five weeks and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with them! Tommy was quick to see that I had an issue and he had me in bay too as quick as I knew it. He fixed the problem and required no charge. That is rare! Highly recommend this specific location as I have not had any other experiences with any other location. However, I will now. :-)
