Everytime we go to Express on 9th Ave Pensacola, our experience is a pleasant one. Sylvester helped me with my oil change and the team offered me great advice on my car. Even though my oil pan plug is stuck, they still have the equipment needed to keep my car running smooth. Thank you guys! Express is my go to for oil changes! Sylvester is Awesome!
Very unprofessional. Did not check any of the fluids in my truck. Slung oil everywhere when he removed the filter. I asked was this the first time he had serviced a Colorado. He replied no he hates those ‘ugly word’. Hit the side of my truck with his wrench. I had to ask for a sticker with mileage for next oil change.
I watched Tyler at the Sharpsburg GA store do my wife's oil change and was very impressed about how thorough, pleasant and professional he was. I brought my car in right after that and requested he do my oil change. I have been using Express Oil since 2005 and he is the first one that impressed me. By the way, I used to be a District Manager for Jiffy Lube many years ago so I know what to look for.
I just wanted to give a special shout out to Caleb and Chris at the Forest Hill location in Macon Ga. I was having an issue with all dashboard lights coming on, onmy Honda CRV.
