Went in for an oil change and they did a great job. It was quick and everyone was kind and attentive. As a woman I usually get condescending remarks and/or upsells with the tech acting like I must not know anything. Not with Rual. He talked to me like he was a friend working on my vehicle - very honest about what should be looked at and what could wait. He was great. I got home and had questions about the breakdown of the pricing and spoke with the manager. He had the same courtesy as Rual did when speaking with me and explained the total breakdown. He didn't act like I should have known that - in fact even said "you know, it's pretty confusing to look at unless someone explains it." It was a little pricier than going with the dealership but man - the service is top notch so this will be my new place.
Would have left 0 stars if possible. Avoid this outfit like the plague!! On vacation, needed spark plugs. Stopped at Express Oil on a Saturday morning. Immediate attempt to upsell. Charged $19 for their "courtesy inspection". Charged $45 PER PLUG for plugs they purchased at a nearby auto parts store for anywhere from $11 to $17 depending on the store. Was also charged $90 for installation. A total rip-off!!!UPDATE (7/30/25):Contacted Express Oil as instructed below. NO RESPONSE AT ALL TO DATE! I STAND BY MY ORIGINAL REVIEW.
I came in for AC service, and from start to finish, the experience was excellent. The manager Ron was outstanding — super communicative, easy to talk to, and kept me updated throughout the process. You can tell he really cares about both the customers and the team.The employees worked efficiently and clearly knew what they were doing. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in simple terms, and had my AC running perfectly again in no time. The whole place runs like a well-oiled machine, and the vibe is professional but welcoming.Highly recommend this shop if you want honest service and great people who take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back! At the Sevierville location.
This location is my favorite in the area. I do state inspections and oil changes here. Easy appointments and fast service. Carlton and Jordan helped me SO MUCH when I had a flat tire. They were able to help me fast to get me back on the road. 10/10!
