This is my first time for oil change of my mini van. And Brian( Dawsonville branch), took care of it. And he showed me how to changed the cabin air filter also, which I have never had it changed before… Overall, it was an awesome service he rendered.
My experience with this location allowed me to receive, Outstanding customer service from the point of driving up. The techs exuded kindness in answering my questions without making me feel like i was interrupting his day!!!!!!!!!!! These techs as I waited for my service, made sure i was assisted promptly and professionally. THANKS GUYS KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
I pulled into Express Oil Change a few years ago for a quick oil change and to this day, I have NEVER wanted to take my business elsewhere. I now not only do oil changes, but I've also purchased tires, brakes, and do any maintenance or concern checks there. Anything to do with my car, ONLY goes there and is done quickly and correctly. The environment is clean and welcoming. The staff is very knowledgeable, always super nice, they make you feel like family, always smiling, they always ask how your day is going or how you are, they have explained things to me to where I could understand and not "mechanic talk" like other places and they always make me feel confident in what they are doing and safe to drive on the roads. I've not only experienced this personally but while in waiting area when my car is being worked on, I witness this same amazing customer service with other customers there. A huge shout out to the manager Mr. Reggie- It's rare to see leadership that goes out on the floor or outside helping the workers or engaging with customers. He is always smiling and engaging. He goes further than beyond to explain and educate me on things I have no clue about and is so patient with all my questions! When I bring my car in for something he's thoroughly checking everything to make sure when me and my son get in our car we are safe and covered. He's noticed things on multiple occasions with my vehicle that I didn't notice, that could have led to a potential accident, that I'm so grateful for!! He truly cares about every customer that walks in or drives up and unlike most places you go to who just rush to do your oil change and move on to the next, he takes pride in his job keeping people safe on the roads. If you are looking for a TRUSTED place to go, where you never have to second guess if you're in good hands, I 1000% recommend Express Oil Change on Ambassador in Lafayette, LA.
