I use this Express Oil Change all the time. They are always quick and friendly. The manager is always very professional and shows he cares about his customers. Every time I visit he always greets with a smile. Its very refreshing to have good service now days. I just want to say thank you.
I went in for a wheel alignment on May 31st and was told it would take 90minutes by the manager. My wheel alignment was done in a timely manner but they left my paper in my car and didn’t explain anything to me, they just charged me and left me on my way. I felt like nothing was done to my car because the front wasn’t touched at all because it had no change on the before and after paper. The only thing that was different was the small screeching noise it made when I would brake and it never made that sound before. On June 30th, I heard a louder screech when I would turn my wheel and brake after driving on an uneven road, and the car felt unstable. The car wheel stop while in drive and I would have to reverse it to get it unstuck. I made it home safely and went to check my tires. I noticed I had two broken wheel studs on my front passenger, with one being loose and the other completely missing. I was able to make it home before my wheel would lock and the only way to get it unstuck would be to reverse my car. The next day I took it to another service provider and they found the issue with my car. They found that the missing wheel stud had gotten lodged in between my rotor and brake caliper. When I would brake, it had compressed with the wheel stud in between the rotor and caliper, which made it get lodged. The loose wheel stud was and broken and pushed back and scraping my rotor, which was causing the small screeching sound, but the missing one was causing the loud screeching and the wheel lock. It was destroying my rotor and there was no way to salvage it or unlodge it, so I had to get my entire hub assembly replaced.
Today I got my oil changed and Mark was very helpful and got me in and out of there in record time and with one car ahead on a Saturday morning, no less! Also, and I always look for Jim when I go in because he’s so friendly and cares about his customers. He came up and asked how I am enjoying the tires that they put on.
