Review Time
I waited well over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Then was charged 55 dollars for a cabin filter that costs 15 bucks. Very sneaky with the pricing and I will not be back. This was the 4th time I’ve used them to have the same work completed and the price was always different. I learned my lesson today!
We have trusted Express on Houston Lake road for years. Tires, oil changes, belts, cooling system... when our vehicles have a problem, we trust Express. Joe and the team always treat us fairly. They diagnose, keep us informed and get us back on the road quickly. When we have problems, it's automatic... we call Express.
Brenden Duncan store manager is the store manager because of everything he does. He went beyond the call helping me get two new tires and fixing a flat that I I cause the next day and charge me nothing. I sat in the waiting room and listen to him work with regular customers and giving them intelligent answers to their problems. I would recommend Brandon and his store to anyone.
I don’t think you can come to Express without experiencing Tom at least once! He talks me through every oil change, every time! He doesn’t rush or maybe he does but never makes you feel like he is in a hurry. He wears a smile and always seem genuinely happy to do his job and THAT is what you call customer service. I recommend Express specifically for Tom and his personality! My experience this most recent time I also had the pleasure of working with Jame as well, very friendly, and down to business. Thank you express and Tom for always being so easy and convenient!!
I stopped at the Moody Express Oil Change to get tire pressure checked in a tire. Garrett helped me. He not only checked the tire I was concerned about, but told me I needed the air adjusted in all 4 tires, because they were over inflated. Customer service over and above!
