Patrick welcomed me and genuinely listened to my need of an oil change and cost concerns. During the service there was a problem. I had been having a rough morning already and he and his manager Mack could see I was upset. They calmly and professionally showed me the problem as well as understanding my concerns with cost. The service did take longer than I had originally planned but, both both men helped in a very professional manner. In the end the cost was much less than it had been anticipated. Thank you so much for seeing the stress I was going through and making my day that much brighter.
I came in to get an oil change and there was a mix up between them and one of their competitors about a cracked oil filter housing unit. All in all they helped me straighten everything out regarding the story and they offered to take care of the issue without any additional charges. I greatly appreciate their professionalism, kindness and patience in how they handled the matter. Express Oil change have an incredible team that strives for success and perfection. This place is always amazing!! From the oil changes to any service needed on your vehicle. Just got back from getting my oil changed at Express Oil change at the 3535 Austell Rd SW Marietta location. Kisha lead the service of my vehicle. Kisha was very thorough telling me each step they were doing. Very professional. She even knew the torque number for the drain plug...lol. Very impressed! Thank you, Kisha!
