Frustrating Experience with Unlocking My Device

I have been waiting since last September for my device to be unlocked. You will never get your money back! I paid over 200, and nothing has changed. They also warn you against using any other unlocking services.

I strongly advise against using this service; it’s a complete scam. I paid $79 to unlock my phone, and months later, it remains locked. The status has been stuck at '99% - imminent unlocking' for three months. After taking my money, they stopped responding to my inquiries. No updates, no support, and forget about refunds. They only offer 'store credit,' which is useless for a service that doesn’t work. Be cautious of the positive reviews; they seem fabricated. If you’ve already paid, contact your bank or credit card company immediately and report this website as a scam.

Fraudulent practices and additional charges

I requested an unlock for a phone and paid $24, but they are now demanding an additional $59. This feels like a fraudulent service. I received a message stating that my order is awaiting the unlocking payment of $59. Unfortunately, I cannot cancel or get a refund for the initial payment, as their policies state that eligibility checks are non-refundable. They suggested completing the unlock payment to proceed, but this situation feels unfair and misleading.

Still no unlock after all this time

Extremely disappointing and misleading

I encountered a frustrating situation with this service. They asserted that my phone does not require an unlock code, which is not true. My device does request an unlock code, and I have included photos as evidence. To make matters worse, I intended to unlock 17 devices since I operate a mobile phone shop. This experience has completely eroded my trust in the service. It seems this claim was made to justify not issuing a proper refund after they failed to unlock my device. Instead, the order was closed and a credit note was issued according to their terms. The process took a considerable amount of time, communication was adequate, yet the promised service was not fulfilled. I am sharing this experience to caution others before using this service.
