This is a scam. They lure you in on the basis you sign up for free trial. They take a $1 card charge. after reviewing this software i found it wasnt whát i needed so I tried to cancel. The cancel just returns errors HTTP400 and when escalated to their support - i get no response. It has non-existent fake billing protocols as after the free trial expiry they proceed to charge your card. The only way to cancel is to cancel my credit card. This is clearly a scam after reading other reviews. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.
I had high hopes for Exterior Flow AI, but this has been a very disappointing experience. Their platform is glitchy and would not allow me to cancel my subscription, even after multiple attempts. Despite the fact that I hadn’t logged in for months, they continued to charge me without notice.When I reached out to their team requesting a refund, they refused to take responsibility for their platform’s failure. I’m now having to escalate this issue through my bank because they are unwilling to forfeit funds that were charged due to their own technical shortcomings.Taking money from customers who have clearly tried to cancel is unacceptable. For $50 a month, there are far better AI tools out there, more efficient, more transparent, and run by people who actually care about their users.I do not recommend this company. You have been warned. I hope they make things right and stop any further unauthorized charges from other unsuspecting customers.
I wanted to try this product, but when I decided to cancel my subscription, I kept getting an error message every time I tried. I’ve attempted to cancel several times without success.To make matters worse, I noticed that $49 USD was taken from my PayPal account even though I don’t use their software. I also tried cancelling again today, but I’m still getting the same error message as before.This experience has been very disappointing. Taking money from a customer who has clearly tried to cancel is unacceptable. I hope they resolve this quickly and stop any further unauthorised charges.
If i could give it a zero I would. They have been billing my card for 5 .months despite my cancelation of their.services..They make it nearly impossible to cancel the service. I have emailed them and gotten.responsed repeatedly asking for them to terminate all services and stop billing.my card. YET they continue to do just that. I will be pressing charges on them next. Filing a complaint with BBB.and.CPA also. Not trustworthy outfit. Not at all.
