First of all….. where have you been all this time. lol. The videos. So… informative. The time to make them. The smart people doing them. Especially the tire sizing and what fits and what doesn’t…. The installs. Love it. Love it all. I love your magazine. And how the website works!!! I’m a wrangler and gladiator owner. So you know I’m on everyday. I ordered on the 12th of February and seen that 2 to 3 day shipping on orders over 149dollars come to find out the clutch doesn't fall under that deal though now I have to wait possible 2 weeks for a clutch that I needed ASAP and its my only vehicle and on top of that from my last issue you gave me a coupon that only lasted 2 months which is crazy there should not be a expiration date on that coupon because the issue i had before ive been have more and more issues with you guys and I order from you guys now im gonna find a new site that won't do this to their customers.
I found all the necessary parts and upgrades for my 2012 truck. I purchased wheel rotors and brake pads, but only received the rotors. I contacted the support team, and they promptly resolved the issue by providing store credit for the brake pads, exceeding their actual cost. Excellent service, and the truck parts specialists are very knowledgeable.
My past experiences with the service have been very positive, particularly regarding the variety of options, the straightforward ordering process, the helpful comments, and the simple installation of the item for my vehicle.
I changed my mind after ordering, decided to return the item. Company stated returns are accepted. I processed the return, and was only given two options. One being receive full refund (in-store credit), Or I ship, and pay for shipping. Shipping ended up costing me $87, when the product itself came to a total of $171 with tax. The package was unopened and return in its original packaging. Fed ex also-delivered to the wrong address. I contacted customer service, which told me they could have provided a label that would have cost me $15-$25. That was not an option when processing the return. She stated there was nothing she can do, or refund a difference after processing the return. This was my first time ordering through the company, and would not recommend due to the false information given, and the fact and Im out $87 for changing my mind on the product. You're better off, ordering through 3rd party websites as the customer service/return policy is much better. I would highly recommend ordered this exact product through a different company and avoid Extreme Terrain, unless you like throwing your money away.
