My wife and I were really very happy with our experience shopping at EZ Living interiors and definitely plan on shopping there in the future. And will be recommending both EZ Living Sandford for its impressive selection of furniture and for the friendly and professional sales team.
Made changes on an order, paid an amount to cover one item and then the rest through Humm. I asked the first time what do I do next concerning Humm and was told nothing on their end. Rang Humm and I was told the agreement should be cancelled on EZ living interiors end, which for me is correct because I was sent a link to complete the purchase not from Humm but from EZ living. Rang the store again only to be told that they will do it on their end and will take a couple of days. Really vague process and information for an order that was made incredibly easy. I suggest be 100% sure of what you want to get before placing an order with EZ living specially if its going through Humm.
The Sales Executive Alessia Donati was the lady I dealt with. She is a credit to your company. She was an absolute pleasure and so helpful. The first line of contact when purchasing something is what makes me decide whether to go ahead with the deal. She made my decision.
