I have to commend Luke in Ezliving Interiors in their Dundalk branch for his first class customer service. He was extremely helpful as although the mirror on display was just what I had been looking for, it wasnt the colour I needed but Luke took the time to find the right one online. It is so nice to find a sales assistant who is not only diligent but very helpful and so pleasant to deal with.5 out of 5 for Luke 😊
I recently purchased sofas from EZ Living in Mahon after visiting several furniture stores around Cork, and I have to say this was by far the best experience. The range of furniture on display was really impressive — great quality pieces at very reasonable prices.What made the experience stand out even more was the excellent service from Sachin, the sales assistant who helped me throughout the process. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. From choosing the right sofas in-store to finalising the order and even following up afterward, Sachin was always on hand to answer any questions.He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable — a rare thing these days! I couldn’t recommend EZ Living Mahon (and Sachin in particular) highly enough.
Great experience in Boucher Road store yesterday with my daughter. Asked Jonny some advice regarding a recent purchase to which he was very attentive and willing to help. Such a great variety of furniture in this store. I’m decorating my living room in the new year and plan on purchasing my items here!
