no notice of delivery …resolved by customer service

Update: Ez living addressed this issue to my satisfaction with great professionalism I was unhappy with delivery which arrived without any prior notification- initial email said we would be advised when it was being dispatched and we were not. First we heard was the courier at the door when we had left home for the weekend and we had to return to take it in from the rain

Great staff and service.

We dealt with Damian in the Pouladuff branch and couldn't ask for a better experience. Our queries were answered quickly and as we wanted a display item, Damian had everything packaged up and brought out to the car quickly. Top service.We've bought lots of furniture from EZ living over the years and will be back for more!
