We recently enjoyed a wonderful shopping experience at a local store. The representative, Jenni Wylie, was incredibly helpful and professional. I struggled to choose the right color for dining chairs, but Jenni was very patient and provided excellent advice. I would definitely recommend visiting this store.
During delivery, we saw a van delivering to a neighbor when we received a call saying our delivery would be postponed to the next day. The reason seemed unreasonable, as the truck delivering our furniture had broken down. Doesn’t the company have backup trucks? We received a delivery confirmation the day prior, yet nothing arrived. If you want to avoid frustration, consider other options. The staff were kind, but this logistical issue could tarnish their reputation.
I ordered mattresses during a holiday sale and realized I had chosen the wrong one after payment. I contacted customer support, and a representative helped me resolve everything. They replaced my order with the correct item and responded very promptly. Highly recommended! I’m looking forward to receiving my mattresses!
The shop assistant provided outstanding help that allowed us to capture the essence of Christmas in just one day. He found our Christmas tree and even took garlands off display to ensure we left with something special. He truly made a young child's day, and we are incredibly thankful!
From purchasing to delivery and assembly, the entire process was smooth. I had a minor issue with a small part of our sofa, but it was resolved immediately with replacement parts delivered promptly. The installation team was excellent, efficient, and great to work with. Fantastic service overall.
