I was billed for a VIP membership that I never signed up for. After making a single purchase, which I returned, I have not requested any additional services from this company. However, they enrolled me in a VIP membership without my consent and keep charging me every month. The cancellation process is quite difficult.

Beware of unauthorized charges! When buying clothing from this service, they automatically enroll you in a monthly fee of £60 without your consent. I contacted them for a £500 refund taken from my account, but they claimed I only had £80 credit on their platform and refused to refund anything. I was completely unaware of the withdrawals. Where did my money go? I have escalated this issue with the payment platform and plan to pursue it further! Avoid making purchases!

Deceptive practices! Stay away! When purchasing clothing from this service, they automatically enroll you in a monthly fee of £60 without informing the buyer. I reached out for a refund of £500 that was deducted from my account, but they insisted I only had £80 credit to spend on their platform and refused to refund any money. I was completely unaware that they were withdrawing funds from my account. Where has my money gone? I've raised an issue with the payment platform and intend to take this further! Do not buy!

Misleading Charges

Misleading charges! I paid using a digital payment service for two sale items and did not agree to a membership. I would not shop here again. I bought two Christmas gifts for women, and there was no clear indication that I needed to sign up to get the sale price. Charging £59.99 a month for “savings” is outrageous. How is that saving?

Hidden charges! You believe you are paying a discounted price for two pairs of shorts at £10 each, but buried in the terms is a £59 monthly fee for VIP! It’s a total scam, as they try to obscure the £59 charge as much as possible. Many people would likely end up paying much more than they initially expected.

Terrible Experience

Terrible experience with customer service. I cancelled my membership, yet weeks later received a charge that was double what it used to be. I spent hours in chat being ignored, then resorted to email, which told me to seek a refund through chat. After waiting half an hour to connect, I was accused of lying and my refund was denied, wasting my time. I requested to escalate the conversation as a complaint, but they ended the chat instead. Unpleasant experience.

Complete Scam

Complete scam. I skipped my membership twice, yet still got charged. I returned an order and did not receive a full refund. They claimed it takes time to reflect on my credit card. It’s been three weeks, and now they want to offer store credit for less than the refund amount. No transparency whatsoever. Customer service representatives seem indifferent and unhelpful. I've wasted so much time trying to get a simple refund.
