I was billed for a VIP membership that I never signed up for. After making a single purchase, which I returned, I have not requested any additional services from this company. However, they enrolled me in a VIP membership without my consent and keep charging me every month. The cancellation process is quite difficult.

I contacted them for a £500 refund taken from my account, but they claimed I only had £80 credit on their platform and refused to refund anything. I was completely unaware of the withdrawals. Where did my money go? I have escalated this issue with the payment platform and plan to pursue it further! Avoid making purchases!
