Beautiful and comfortable dresses

I've purchased two dresses from here, both are beautiful and very comfortable. The last dress I ordered from them was bought between Christmas and New Years and it still arrived in under a week. Both orders also came with handwritten notes which was a nice touch. Would recommend!

A Very Fairy Wedding

I originally saw the Bindweed Flower Fairy dress on Pinterest and immediately I knew it was going to be the dress I get married in. I'm in Canada and found the shipping process very speedy, and when I exchanged for a different size it was also a very easy process. The quality of the dress is amazing, you can tell how much care is put into these designs. The flower fairy print in the fabric is stunning and such a nice hidden touch to have the little fairies blend in so effortlessly. Also pockets!!I have received so many compliments and inquiries on where I found such a unique and sophisticated yet playful dress.I truly felt like a fairy princess and I am SO glad I went with Fairy Tong. Thank you for playing a huge role in my wedding day!

Don't buy surprise bags

I ordered a 2 dress surprise bag - as it's final sale i looked at size guides provided closely and I sat comfortably below the XL guidelines and ordered this size feeling guaranteed that it would fit and I would get it taken in if needed.The dresses came and were miles too small. I emailed in and was told: "We are sorry that the size was not right for you. Unfortunately the Surprise Bag is final sale and we are not able to provide a store credit for it. We suggest you to join some Facebook groups for a resell or a swap. "Don't trust the size charts at all - if final sale these should be accurate and were not.There is also no resale value at all for an XL size. After months of trying to sale these I got £30 for both dresses which had cost me £155. So down £120.So gutted as I had followed this brand for years before placing an order.

Extremely expensive for poor quality dress

Extremely expensive for poor quality fabric dress. Can't fault the construction, its beautifully made. It's just that it's made of a horrible polyester that makes the dress uncomfortable to wear.I got the dress on sale too, for around half of its original price. A hoodie on this website is extortionate.Again, I can't fault the actual garment makers, but this is a very overpriced site.

Poor quality

Not a trustworthy company. I purchased a dress that was extremely expensive, and it ended up being poor quality with a zipper that does not work correctly. The company refused to allow a return even though they gave me a defective product.EDIT: They’re still gaslighting in the comments by claiming they “found the zipper to be fully functional.” I literally sent them a video as proof prior to sending the dress back for repairs showing that it did not work and became jammed every time I tried to zip it. Why would I ship it back to you for repair if there was nothing wrong with it? The zipper ended up getting fixed but this was a huge headache and I couldn’t wear the dress for my planned event because of the time spent shipping it back and forth. Again, I’m disappointed that an item this expensive didn’t even have quality checking.
