I had good experience with the designer and her team. The dress quality was good and it’s fittings were according to expectations. Her team member “Komal” responded to my queries on WhatsApp and she responded me on time. I recommend you to get your next dress from them.
I ordered my bridal dress from Faiza Saqlain, and from my first day back in April, I had the smoothest experience. I dealt with Hina and she was the kindest and most helpful, so much love for her! I was called in for trials a week earlier than my delivery date, and the dress is perfect! Stunning. Couldn’t be happier.
Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible customer service, its been more than 55 business days and they keep telling me its still in process. Will be disputing my order soon. They should shut down their business if they can't fulfil orders.
Ordered outfits for Mendhi and Nikah in March 2022, still not dispatched. They were rude and unhelpful. They did not stick to their timelines. My Nikah has already passed, wore a totally different outfit. When I mentioned that they did not stick to their timeline, no apologies, no rush to complete. I am currently investigating legal action to have my money returned. Stay away, they do not complete orders on time.
