I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Faiza Saqlain and I must say, it was an utterly dreadful experience from start to finish. Not only was the quality of their clothes horrible, but their customer service was nothing short of unprofessional and harassing. Let me share my nightmarish encounter with this so-called "leading" clothing brand.First and foremost, the clothes I received were an absolute disgrace. I ordered several items, and they all seemed like they were hastily put together by someone with no regard for quality. The fabrics were flimsy, and the stitching was subpar at best. It's confusing that a company of this stature could produce such poor-quality clothes. The clothes looked nothing like the images on their website - it was as if they had been photoshopped to perfection. The reality was a far cry from what was advertised.Now, let's talk about their customer service, which was equally horrendous. When I contacted their customer support to express my dissatisfaction, I expected a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was met with condescending and dismissive responses. They accused me of being overly critical and claimed that I was lying. I couldn't believe the audacity of their representatives.What's worse is their repeated messages that felt borderline harassing. It's as if they were trying to wear me down and make me give up on seeking a refund or an exchange. The tone of their messages was patronizing, and I felt like they were attempting to gaslight me into thinking I was in the wrong.I tried to reason with them, but it was like talking to a brick wall. The unprofessionalism and lack of empathy displayed by their customer service team were astounding. I have never felt so disrespected and disregarded as a paying customer.In conclusion, my experience with @FaizaSaqlain was an absolute nightmare. The clothes were of the worst quality I've ever encountered from a supposedly reputable brand, and the customer service was beyond appalling. I would strongly advise anyone to stay clear of this brand if you value your time, money, and sanity. There are plenty of other clothing companies out there that not only provide high-quality products but also treat their customers with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
I recently ordered an outfit to wear at my sister’s wedding and I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service that Sumbal provided me throughout the process of ordering my outfit, from showing me the dress over video calls, assisting me with taking measurements for my outfit and making sure the dress got delivered as per the delivery date requested with accurate measurements. Sumbal was always available for answering any questions questions or worries I had regarding my dress and she prioritised my satisfaction by sharing pictures and videos of my outfit from every angle possible to ensure I was happy with the outfit they made especially since it was coming all the way from Pakistan to Australia. Additionally, the quality of the dress is amazing and the work on the dress is simply stunning 🙂
If i would rate them 0 star i will. I had a very bad experience with them. First of all the dress in the picture was not the same fabric. I wore the dress once and the fabric was so so bad. Then i wrote a review on there instagram feed and they remove it. Be aware before you buy.
I had good and bad service from them. The clothes arrived very quickly within 3 days, but when the clothes arrived the seam on the trousers had opened. Then I sent them a message and told them about this, all they said to me was "we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Ma`am, you can fix it from there." This is so silly, you expect the clothes to be good when you pay so much money for them. I will never order from them again.
It’s really pathetic experience I had with Fauzan Saqlain. I have ordered 3 dresses around 5 months ago and 2 of them arrived before July and appears good. The 3rd order was delivered around 3rd week of July. I did not open the box as was confident about the company that everything would be good as holding a good name and repute in the market and left for holidays. On my return I open the box and found a shirt was fully creased and with a big cut on the front. When I made complaint to the company. They said 15 days over since the delivery so they can’t do anything. This is so poor ethical behaviour of a big renowned company and not expected at all. The customer services is so pathetic. Their quality checks are so poor and low standards especially for overseas orders as I experienced in person.The company is not taking any responsibility for the short comes of their own quality checks. disappointed!!!
Your sales person Sumbul is a real great help for me since last few months we have ordered men’s and ladies both outfits and she is very prompt in replying very happy with her customer service and will continue in future to 😍I had order too many suits so can’t write the order number and the dates
I am reading some of the reviews. And absolutely spot on about the service from the store. Rude. Beware. Only order the ready to deliver otherwise you are screwed. I highly recommend kamal Malik brand. The customer service is exceptional and peace of mind for overseas customers. Thankfully I ordered a backup suit for my sons Ameen. The suit I ordered in April from Faiza S, did not make it, zero communication even repeatedly asking for service, expediting, explaining my situation. They even told me it was going to be shipped (week before Eid I was told)and a few days later I asked for tracking and was told they don’t work on weekends. Then they are gone for Eid, yet they post all pple “spotted” wearing FS for Eid.Nope. Not acceptable. I even reached out to the designer. Clearly she doesn’t have time to respond. Overseas buyers beware. Don’t give your hard earned money to a brand that does not appreciate you.
AoA ...I ordered 6 outfits for my sister's Nikah and they are absolutely beautiful!What a great experience! Thanks to Ahmed who was my sales rep. He was professional honest, and gave excellent customer service and was the most helpful out of all of the brands and rep I've been in contact with so far. He made my online shopping experience very easy by being available and responding to all the questions and returning phone calls etc. He also arranged the deliveries on time, on more than one occasion in a very courteous, patient and professional manner.Thank you very much!
