Don't buy from this company; they are fraudulent. When I asked for trading company details, they didn't provide them, and they aren't on the invoice either.I placed an order on November 13th. On November 21st, they confirmed a delivery date for November 24th through their sister company, Falcon2man, between 7am and 10 am We had to wake up early and wait all day, but no delivery was made. They claimed there was a defect. The same story happened on November 29th and December 4th.I tried calling them repeatedly, but each time I was put on hold for an hour.I was about to report them to Trading Standards, but I also regret not reading reviews before purchasing. Now, I just want to warn others to avoid this one of the worst companies in the UK.
We were advised by this company that our delivery was scheduled between 0800 and 11.00am on a Saturday. That was perfect for us as we had an appointment at 2.00pm. 11.30 still no delivery. Couldn’t find a number to call the company. Sent an email but no response. Called the Bed Warehouse and they told me that they would be with me shortly between 1.30 and 2pm due to issues on the motorway. 2.10. Came and went so I missed my appointment! Called again and was told they would be with me in half an hour! I asked where the driver was and they refused to tell me!! No more contact after that a at 18.50 hours they finally turned up. No apology or anything! Don’t expect them to turn up within a scheduled time! 8 hours late!
Am still waiting for a delivery of my bed was supposed to be between 7-10 am this morning now 3pm tracking link dose not work no one picked up phone just get music on hold then cuts you off wish I had read trustpilot first before ordering my bed from Divan bed warehouse if I had known they use this delivery company I would not have placed my order !!
This company should be banned from the internet. it promises delivery within seven working days and then gives a delivery date weeks later .I have tried to cancel on the Monday after placing an order the previous Friday only to be told i will be charged a £60 cancellation because they can not deliver on time. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE
Paid £60 for them to take the old bed away. Delivery came said they couldn’t take the old bed away as no room on the van(clearly there was) said they would come back that afternoon they didn’t nor the next two days. Tried ringing and oh boy 4 days trying to get through eventually I did and was told it would be another 5 days until they was in the area so I accepted the refund yes you guessed it still waiting 2 weeks later. Tried so many times but all you get is music and then your cut off DO NOT USE this company they are absolutely diabolical
Same as all the other reviews . Given time slot 11-2pm with an estimate arrival of 11.23am . Tried to call the company when no arrival by 2pm . You are put on hold then cut off after 5 mins . Mattress did arrive at 5pm and they called 10 mins before . Just think they should give a more accurate timing on the day ? Or just say it will arrive at some point in the day . Then no expections .
Like others I was given a time slot today 9-12 and still waiting. No reply to phone calls or emails. Have taken day off for nothing. Absolutely fuming . If I could give this company 0 rating I would In future when ordering online i will check which company they use for delivery
After reading the reviews, I was not very optimistic. My husband finished work to be home by 2 p.m., as the delivery window was scheduled for 2 to 5 p.m.When the delivery did not arrive, I attempted to call after 5 p.m., but was placed on hold. Like many others, I had begun to believe that the bed would not be delivered.At 6:50 p.m., I received a call from a private number informing me that they were half an hour away. Considering we were home for the evening, this was not too concerning, and I was relieved that the bed would arrive. The delivery men brought the bed to the room I had requested and were friendly. They still had four more deliveries to make and mentioned that the rain had caused some delays. While the service could be improved, I did not find it to be particularly bad. If I had not read the reviews, especially considering the storm we experienced today, I would not have been as concerned.
