Was meant to my delivery today 10/9/25 between 7am to 10am it’s 11:24 called the company around 12 times no one picking up the called so annoying don’t know what to do pain in the backside

Too many mobile numbers

Too many mobile numbers, you text to find out if they are near and no reply. Delivery hours they don’t bother with told between 10-1, I stayed in but had an appointment to get to so left just after 1, to find I had missed their call at 17.03. Tried ringing Falcon but no one answers, tried ringing Divan Bed Warehouse where I ordered from and just the same. Unfortunately I live too far to just go in. I am disabled and have been waiting and relying on this mattress that was ordered last month.Just looked up both companies, neither are Government registered!!!!!’

Rude and unhelpful driver worst company i have ever dealt with …

Delivery of bed was over 2hrs late I had paid for assembly of new bed driver very rude and unhelpful said he wouldn't and couldn't assemble my bed told me to ask for refund from divan bed warehouse wasn't his problem also paid for disposal of old bed he just drove off and left it terrible company don't know how they are still in business so avoid using falcon 2 man delivery company hope I never have to use these unprofessional idiots again just Hope I get my refund from divan bed warehouse quickly

Great service just a bit late

Was very worried after looking at other reviews but apart from turning up 50 minutes late the 2 men were very friendly and built the bed efficiently. They sent a message when 15 minutes away with tracking details which was very helpful because the one from the email didn’t work.

The company did not deliver my item. Have had no communication from the company on day of delivery. They did not deliver in the time window given. No aswer if I call the company and no response via email either.

Please don't order from Divan Bed…

Please don't order from Divan Bed Warehouse. I believe they are a scam together with Falcon 2-man delivery. Impossible to speak with anyone on the phone & emails unanswered. I am trying to cancel my delivery following 2 failed attempts but doubt I'll get my money refunded. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. They pose as a delivery service, but they do not exist in any real, functional capacity. There is no way to contact a human being—the phone is never answered, and emails receive only automated replies. All my attempts to get a real response have been ignored. Do not waste your time or money; this is a fraudulent operation.

3 stars given as the delivery driver…

Poor communication3 stars given as the delivery driver was polite and it did arrive on the day expected, but other than that a very frustrating experience:- Link to the tracker does not work, which worried me if it was a genuine company.- No one answers the phone at their office and then it just cuts you off. - Delivery time was 1-4pm but arrived nearer to 6pm. I had gone out at 5pm and had to rush back through traffic.If the communication was better, wouldn’t be so bad. This is the same as the bed company itself, Divanbedwarehouse.co.uk, who also do not answer the phone and are slow to respond to emails.

It started well and i did get my bed…

It started well and i did get my bed but the lack of communication is terrible! I got my delivery day and time slot, accepted it via text and got a confirmation reply. I didn't get any tracking details at all though. My slot was 12pm-3pm and by 4.30pm it still wasn't here, I had no number for them so had to find them on Google, went on the website for the number but you get placed on hold for 5 minutes then it kicks you out, I tried 3 times. There's a tracking section on the website but they don't provide you with a tracking number to use the facility.I had to leave home at 4.30 to pick up my daughter and at 4.55pm I got a text saying on our way we'll be there in 16 minutes, here's your tracking link... what use is a tracking link when they're on their way? It's actually a really useful link because it says what stop you are and what stop they're at with a map showing exactly where the van is. If i'd have had that sent to me on the morning of my delivery or even at 12pm I wouldn't have thought they weren't coming. I had to get my neighbour to let them in my house when they arrived, whilst my mum was on route to sort them out, so we did get the bed thankfully. However what was the final kick in the teeth was that he asked my mum if he could use the toilet to which she said yes of course and he proceeded to have a sh*t in my toilet!
