Review Time
It took ages from ordering the bed to actually getting a delivery date. When I eventually got it, it was 2 weeks away. Booked the day off work. Day before delivery received an email saying thank you for your cancellation of your delivery!!!!!!! Absolute bs...... Rang customer service kept me on the line 3 times with awful irritating music in the background for 10 minutes each time and then they hung up......At this point don't know whether my £700 bed is coming or not.
Not fit for purpose. Delivery was confirmed for between 8-11am today. No show. No staff to answer phones, just cuts off after being left on hold. No staff to answer phones at retailer either. Finally received a reply to my email saying delivery scheduled for Sunday - 6 days later than planned. Hopeless company.
Similar to other reviews my slot was booked for between 09:00-12:00 it is now 17:35 no delivery or communication. The tracking link on email does not work. Phone line kicks you out after being put on hold. Sent an email and received no response. Just disappointing as I’ve been waiting all day for this delivery and no way to get in touch to get updates.
Like the other reviews say, my bed is 2 hours late now with no updates. Tracking link on the emails don't work. Tracking on the website is limited to just telling you the 'estimated delivery time'.Worst of all, phone line kicked me out after putting me on hold for 5 minutes.
Arrived 2 hours after estimated delivery time window. The email confirming the delivery stated that they would put the bed and mattress in our room of choice. When they came the drivers said they don’t and wanted to leave it downstairs. It’s was only after showing the email and arguing that they decided to put the bed in our bedroom. Even with this I had to help as the second driver had an injured hand and they still left the mattress downstairs (at least it was light enough for me to carry up on my own)!
I would seriously avoid, as other comments state, no way of getting in touch, they set a date and don't turn up, yesterday a miracle happened and I got my bed (divan bed warehouse) another company I wouldn't use again, my time slot yesterday was 1-3, they came at 6.30pm, no explanation, to be honest I don't know if the drivers have a clue about timings, this has caused so much stress, I know it's 'only a bed' but when you have commitments, it impacts everything. Lesson I have learned, use actual shops for as long as possible whilst we still have the choice, I used online to save time and maybe a little money but it wasn't worth it! Had numerous problems with this company. The first day they were meant to deliver they texted at 8am saying they’d be 15 minutes and they never showed up. They don’t answer their phones and the email address bounced back so no way to contact them. I was awaiting an order from divan bed warehouse, who I had to chase twice to get a new delivery date and after being told it would be booked as a ‘priority’ the new date was 10 days later!! They then didn’t arrive in the set time and had no communication when they were on their way. After placing the order on 16th August I finally received it over a month later on 18th September.
If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I was meant to have a bed delivered today between 1-4pm and it is now 4:30 and have not had any communication from the company. I have tried to call them over 10 times and the number keeps cutting me off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Update: it is now 9pm and there still has not been a delivery, and still no communication. Ridiculous!!
