Review Time
After reading reviews saying I'd never see my bed and scam etc., I thought I would do this review. Delivery was a week late due to the consignment not being loaded on the day it should have arrived. BUT I am reviewing the delivery itself. The 2 people were courteous and called me 5 mins prior to arrival and well within the pre-estimated time slot. It was a King Size Bed so 2 Ottoman Divans which are heavy! Doesn't help that I have a double stair case with a 180 degree turn half way. They took their time and methodically got each piece to my designated room without any damage to the wall or bannisters at all. It was not an easy task but they did not complain and got the job done efficiently. I was grateful especially reading of some peoples' experiences. As I said, this review is for THIS delivery. The previous attempt a week ago was a disappointment with no communication at all and like others, I got the "on hold" music and cut off. If you experience similar issues, do what I did and email Divan Bed Warehouse Sales (during working hours). I got a response within 10 minutes and my bed has arrived today, in-tact and well made.
absolute rubbish delivery firm orded bed from divan bed wharehouse delivery was arranged for 31/08/2025 recieved notifaction that on day that we were next for delivery expect van in 29 minutes they never arrived when tracker checked they never left the depot they wont answer emails wont answer phones avoid this firm you have been warned read there reviews
Received confirmation emails and text confirming date and time slot. Had text on day saying " next delivery should be with you in 30 minutes. Looked at their tracking system and delivery vehicle was going in completely opposite direction to my property. Tried calling phone number that text had come from but it stated " number not recognised " . Have emailed numerous times over last 2 days without reply, tried calling them nearly 20 times in last 2 today's but just rings and eventually cuts off. Completely unprofessional service. Have checked their system has new date of delivery as 14th September, too late order cancelled via supplier who I have also wrote a review about.
I ordered a bed from eBay and this company were the ones delivering it. I was provided with just a tracking number on eBay but no actual date or time of delivery. The seller advised me on a day but they did not arrive. 3 days i waited and i even called this company over 50 times but nobody ever answers the phone. The website tracking feature does not work either. 3 days i stayed home from work to receive this bed but it did not arrive. The seller gave me a time of between 7am and 10am. again i waited but no show from this company, no tracking information and no updates or even a phone call. i went to work and low and behold they arrive at midday to which by then i had already complained and received a refund from eBay. I do not recommend this company and should you have goods being delivered from this company all i can say is good luck.
Impossible to get in touch with the given contact number - placed on hold for 5 mins then call cancelled.Was given a delivery date of 21/08 but unable to do it and then asked for an alternative date before 31/08 which has so far not been accommodated and given a date of 04/09 which doesn’t work for me.Would be ok if could give the company a call and speak to someone but seems this isn’t an option
I read all of the negative reviews and I was not very optimistic on receiving my bed on the day. But I was kept informed by the tracking app every step of the way. The bed was due for delivery on the 23rd August between 11am and 2pm. two guys turned up at 10.45. They took away my old bed and put the new bed up in record time. Absolutely no messing around. Great guys and very polite. I would recommend.
We can only comment on mattress delivery- no bed build needed. One rearrangement of time slot was needed which wasn’t a problem for us. Then delivered at 07.25 within the 07.00 - 10.00 time slot. Called 15 mins beforehand. Easily found out difficult to find property. Good reversing of van and smiling courteous staff. Thank you
Had to write a review because I had seen the others here and got worried.I had a delivery scheduled Sunday which didn’t come, rescheduled for Wednesday which I was told be email on Monday.The delivery came on Wednesday maybe an hour after the expected delivery window. I was concerned by the other reviews I saw and ready for the worst.The delivery guys were nice and quick and effective, service was all the way to the room and that was great.Taking some stars off because there was no communication at all on the Sunday and others point out that getting anyone to answer the phone is impossible, it did start to feel like a scam.Also there are some grand claims on the website and emails about tracking, none of it works, in the end happy I received it and didn’t have any complaints about the delivery team. But the organisation could be much more communicative and transparent.
Crap delivery service. Just absolutely shit. Tell you one date and then they decided to enter another day for delivery without telling you. Wasted my time waiting for a bed they themselves said would could today. I sat and waited from morning till evening. Absolutely pathetic company. Waste of time. FALCON AND DIVAN BED WAREHOUSE ARE BOTH SH*****!!!
