You won’t receive your bed or any refund; they lie and then ghost you. It’s the biggest scam I’ve encountered. I wish I had read the reviews before falling for their Black Friday deals. After ordering in early November, I finally got a delivery date, but then they claimed I declined it, which was untrue. They kept changing their story and ignored my requests for clarification. The delivery time came and went with no updates. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially with Christmas approaching. I’m heartbroken and angry at myself for getting into this situation.
⭐☆☆☆☆ One star – avoidMultiple failed delivery attempts and very poor communication. I was repeatedly given delivery dates that were not honoured. On the final attempt, I was told the driver was outside my property and that I “wasn’t in”. This was not true — I have Ring doorbell footage confirming no attempt was made.When I tried to explain that they may have gone to the wrong address (which happens with some delivery companies), I was dismissed and told the driver had already left to make the next delivery, meaning I would have to rebook again.After weeks of delays and conflicting information, I lost confidence entirely and had to raise a dispute with my card provider, who refunded me in full.Excuses were later given about operational issues, but by that stage the service had already fallen well below an acceptable standard. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.
Absolutely awful ! Please if you have ordered from divan bed warehouse cancel and get your money back! I’ve waited two weeks for the bed to come after they gave me a date and have been sleeping on the sofa as thought the bed would turn up. The first day they turnt up with just the mattress! The delivery company said it would come the next day and wasn’t loaded into the van! Then they gave us a date 4 days ago cancelled work to stay in again never turnt up. Today gave us a time of 12-3 but then turnt up at 5:35 tried to say the footboard was the headboard! And tried leaving. It wasn’t until I told them multiple times they searched for it in the van. They then said ‘sorry we can’t take it upstairs’ as I live in a flat and said ‘we have so many deliveries to do’ refused to bring it up and put it together like I paid for! £600 down the drain, as I’ve put the bed up there are marks all over the headboard and footboard and the fabric has been stapled! You’d think for paying so much for the quality to be decent! I will be seeking legal advice and getting my money back but I urge everyone that has ordered from divan bed warehouse to cancel their order and get their money back! And to mention there is no way to get a hold of the companies! You sit on hold with music for 5 minutes and it cuts off. Never had an experience like this.
I was expecting a bed delivery today, but it never arrived within the scheduled window. I waited on hold for 25 minutes with no response. The experience feels like both companies are the same, yet neither is willing to help. Now, I’m left with no bed and wasted time. I would strongly advise against using this service until they improve their customer support.

Their service is beyond appalling, and their complete lack of professionalism is shocking. I ordered a bed from them, and not only did they fail to deliver it on the promised date, but they didn’t even bother to notify me. I was left waiting all day like a fool, hoping it would arrive. Spoiler: it didn’t.Trying to contact them is an absolute nightmare. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they outright refuse to let you speak to a manager or anyone who can actually help. They brush you off with empty promises of callbacks that never happen and act as though your concerns are a nuisance.I made the mistake of not checking reviews before ordering from Divine Bed Warehouse, and now I wish I had. It’s clear they’re running the same scam as Falcon2man. Both companies are identical in their appalling behaviour—ignoring calls, leaving customers on hold for ages, and then cutting them off. They are completely unsympathetic, clueless about your order, and have no interest in resolving issues.I’ve been waiting for my bed since the 22nd of November, and I still have no idea if it will ever arrive. This company is full of excuses, but they refuse to communicate with customers or take any accountability for their failures. It’s absolutely disgusting that they’re allowed to operate like this.I don’t even think they deserve one star. This company is a disgrace, and I urge anyone reading this to stay far away. They’ll take your money, leave you hanging, and make you feel completely powerless. Whoever is responsible for regulating companies like this needs to step in and shut them down immediately.Do not make the same mistake I did—avoid this company at all costs.
Appalling experience! Do not buy from Divan Warehouse as they use this courier company. Delivery was meant to be within 3-10 days, that turned into two weeks, delivery was confirmed between 10-1 yesterday. I called at 12 as the tracking details did not work. The bed hadn’t left the warehouse. I then called multiple times throughout the day and was assured it would be here by 6pm and it still hasn’t shown up.Communication and ability to contact someone is horrific. No contact from the couriers and unable to make any contact with them
One of the most unprofessional companies it has ever been my mispleasure to deal with. No communication at all, driver was eventually 5 hours late. He still had a full van and couldn't collect my old bed, even though I'd paid extra for the service, and as of yet it still hasn't been collected. My bed did eventually arrive I suppose, but the whole experience was terrible.
Really upset with my experience with these so far. I only ordered a Bed with divan bed warehouse who works with falcon 2 man.Or only ordered with these as the delivery time was quick quicker than a different company.So I paid for the bed and also an assembly service.They initially gave me a date which was fine, but then the date got changed to the following day. Even though we had to change our plans again, we agreed with the Saturday.On the delivery day, I was trying to chase when the delivery was going to come because it was late but I managed to get through to somebody in the end after hours of trying and they said the delivery will be with me that day. But they never once told me that pieces of the order was missing so it came and the delivery company wouldn’t take the items up the stairs for assembly because parts were missing and my daughter has now had to sleep with her mattress just on the floor. The pieces that was delivered were left in my hallway and because I don’t have the manpower, it’s causing a bit of restriction for space as it’s just been left there.I’ve been trying to chase for the last few days what is happening with the pieces missing but you can’t get through to anybody from the delivery company and the bed warehouse it takes nearly an hour for someone to answer the call. When they answer the call, they can’t give me any information and it just all seems very unprofessional and poorly run.I have been told I will get a call tomorrow which that was sent to me the last couple of days and it never happened but hopefully it will be positive news but at this moment in time my experience with these is very poor and if you don’t pay with a credit card you are not really covered to get money back so I would recommend paying for any item with a credit card for security.
