Once I joined, it was extremely difficult to cancel it. They took 4 months of $39.99 even after I cancelled it. More obstacles all simply want to cancel them and waste of time and energy feeling stressed out to fight. In the end I got all refunded. Thank you. Suggestion: make cancellation an easiest one.
This is a misleading crap app.It states that it can find a lost phone but what it doesn’t tell you is that the app has to be installed on the device being searched for.I lost my phone and in a panic I signed up for the 2.99 3 day trial which proved fruitless but have been slugged 9.99 for an upgrade to premium and 39.99 for a months subscription.On the website it states that a 100% refund will be given if the app doesn’t work as required yet when I contacted customer support, I was told I couldn’t get a refund. I have unsubscribed but also have changed bank details as I have read other reviews stating they were charged even after unsubscribing! I never received confirmation email either.If I had I would have certainly cancelled before being ripped off $50!!GeoZilla is the same company so I urge people to avoid these two shonky companies
Paid initial charge before realising this is a scam site. I immediately froze my account with my bank and ensured through them that any future payments would be declined. They attempted to obtain more money over the following days, which fortunately were declined. Avoid this site like the plague.
I downloaded this app and realized it was not what I wanted on the first day so I cancelled. This company did not acknowledge my request and has charged me for 3 additional months. I have emailed them several times with no response. They make it impossible to cancel this subscription and will charge you 40 bucks monthly. Stay away from this app !!
My daughter had her phone stolen I tried to use the app for a one off 2.99 they have taken money 3 times now 39.99 I never subscribed why would I so now I am trying to get a refund this is the worst company and you pretend you are helping people. The app is useless and your customer service is diabolical
I was charged $40 for this app and I wasn't even asked about a subscription. The day I downloaded the app it was asking for 2.99 which is no problem. When I went to cancel subscription or to see if there was even a subscription there was nothing shown. So I delete the app thinking I didn't have to worry about anything. Didn't say I was subscribed on my iPhone cloud nothing. Then I get charged $40 for what? I don't even have a receipt of you taking $40 but you did. It shows on my bank statements you charged me for why????? Now you are telling me I can't have my money back!!!!! This is bullshit and I find your app worthless and I want my money back now!!!
I thought this was a "find my phone" app. Nope! Not at all. Once I realized it wasn't what I needed, I cancelled the subscription....the same day, July 31st. I thought the ad was misleading for the app but paid the initial $4.00 on July 31st and chalked it up as a loss. Today, I see a charge on my debit card for 39.99. I checked my subscriptions and it shows that this subscription was cancelled on August 20th. I was charged for the entire month of August for an app that was misleading. Save your money and do not fall into the trap on this one.
I tried this app on a 3 day trial. I was told ,€2.99 for 3 days. Within seconds of being charged two more charges for €9.99 were taken from my account. At this stage I blocked the company. This happened 6 days ago and I have emailed the company umpteen times only to receive an automated response. I physically cancelled everything to do with the app on day one and removed it. I have since had 4 attempts to remove €39.99 from my account which thankfully my bank declined. This is outright theft and the should not be able to get away with it. It's very frustrating when I can't even get to speak to a human to discuss the matter. I am very disappointed and angry.
