My order was stuck somewhere due to Amazon Delivery, which this company uses in the USA. The Fancyleds' customer service is unprofessional and does not provide any help to fix the situation. I still didn't get my order that I'm paying for. I would not buy anything from them anymore
Defective product does not work with early 2015-2018 Dolby Vision TVs. Mis-sold the product as their website does not state the incompatibility.Refused refund or any compensation. Have to take them to small claims court now.Terrible customer service! Avoid!
If a company doesn’t have a customer service number how much do you trust it ? the lights themselves fineThe box itself has many problems one you’ll get black screens and will wondering wear my picture if you face app connections issue company will give THE HARDEST TIME for a replacement. I was deemed not eligible for something i didn’t break while under a year warranty.
With every contact so far I was helped quickly and more importantly helped to my every need and am very satisfied with this. My issue was taken care of and I have a perfectly working sync box and been using it with full satisfaction. Thanks again for the great support!
Rubbish quality, didn’t work from the get go with dead LEDs. Took photos to ask for a replacement strip but they wanted a video, this new tv is huge and heavy and its just too much work to unmount, take a video, to remount, wait for a replacement from the states to then unmount, replace strips and mount yet again. For the cost they should just work but this is like cheap chinese quality. Couldn’t be bothered and in the bin, almost £200 wasted. UpdateI did contact you and said I had photos but you said you wanted a video, I am not unmounting this huge and heavy TV just to have to put it up again and then take it down again and put it up yet again for LED lights that are faulty out of the box and will likely just become faulty again. Keep the money and this rubbish can go in the bin.
I purchased one of the most expensive boxes and I had informed them that I never received the package. They said it shows on their end that it was delivered through Amazon so then I asked for proof how Amozon usually takes a picture and they can’t provide that for me and that was that they stopped replying to my messages which I think is horrible because they can’t provide proof that it was delivered and basically asked out of almost $300
My LED strip started malfunctioning and not only did Ash take great care in walking me through the troubleshooting, then came the replacement strip once we realized it wasn't going to work. Ash and Laura.... Cheers to you for being awesome! The new strip works great!
I've got quite a few Phillips Hue lights and was weighing up investing into their 2.1 TV sync box Vs FancyLeds 2.1. I couldn't justify the cost of the Phillips system, more so as along with having to purchase the lights separately, they only go around three sides of the TV, so you then need to buy lights bars. You're looking at a total of about £600-700! And I'm so glad I went with Fancy Led. I had concerns I'd need to be changing the inputanuslly via the box. Nope, it defects input and you can change via the very straight forward phone app. It was very easy to install (65" TV) and use BUT best of all and this is what sets them apart from maybe Phillips, is the support they offer. I've had a few queries and everytime they've responded straight away and resolved. Love that! So all in all a great product, works a treat and great support which these days is quite a rare thing. :D
