Utter disappointment. They haven't shipped anything, and two months later, the tracking shows it's in Belgium while the company is in China. They either don't respond or claim they've "contacted the carrier and you will receive priority." Save your money and stay away.

Incorrect item received and no reply for returns via email, website, or social media. The payment service advises returning the item to China for a refund. It's more economical to keep the item and dispose of it.

Ordered towels but never received them...

I ordered towels from this website for a reasonable $36, expecting delivery. They marked it as delivered, yet nothing arrived at my address. After numerous emails, I demanded a full refund since I never received my order. They insisted it was delivered. This site is a scam, claiming items are from Ireland. The local courier they provided is a third party with no contact information. They only offer a Chinese number for support. People need to be aware of this scam.

If only I could give zero stars

If only I could give zero stars. I placed an order on August 21, 2025, and now it's November 6, 2025. I still haven't received it. Excuse after excuse from this company, including promises to resend the items. I've now requested a full refund. Let's see how long that takes!!! AVOID THIS SITE!!!
