Review Time
Feel The City is absolutely not a respectable organization. In our experience, their entire business model appears to be focused on generating excessive profits through misleading practices aimed at tourists.
The booking process creates the impression of being connected to official institutions, including the use of logos from cities and museums such as the Versailles Palace, despite having no official affiliation. This is highly deceptive. These logos are used unlawfully to give the appearance of legitimacy, while in reality they are simply reselling previously acquired tickets at extraordinary mark-ups.
There is also no genuine possibility to engage in a constructive dialogue with them. Responses are generic, repetitive, and appear to be generated by artificial intelligence rather than written by a responsible representative actually reviewing the case. Substantive concerns are ignored, and no meaningful solution is offered.
In short, we strongly advise tourists to exercise extreme caution. What is presented as an official or trustworthy platform is, in our view, a misleading reseller applying unreasonable margins without transparency or accountability.
Their website for Westminster Abbey is an absolute scam. They're charging people triple the cost and developed their site to mimic the Abbey so well, you do not know it's a third-party site until the confirmation email arrives. Do not use this company - You've been warned.
SCAM SCAM SCAM. Google needs to shut down their SEO and the local authorities in the places where they operate needs to take legal action. This is horrible for a city’s reputation to allow these low life criminals to trick unsuspecting travellers out of their money. Shame on you.
Had such an informative guided tour with Danny today. Very interesting to get the context of the Spanish royal history and how it has lead to the beautiful architecture of the building. Very knowledgeable guide. Thank you.
I got scammed because of the website domain name was close to the official website and the design was also neat... price 3x than original
Any one managed to get reimbursed ? I can't do it on their website
Scam ! Very misleading, fake, appears to be the official website and then can be very confusing, charges 3X the entry for the same ticket from the official site. How can Adolfo Rodriguez Jurado of Seville legally steal like this. Someone needs to shut this down!!!!!
I spent $66 on a ticket that should have cost $22. This feels like a total scam! Additionally, the audio was just something anyone could download for free. I believed I was purchasing from a reputable source. Caution is advised; this is the kind of scam that reputable places warn about.
⚠️ ALERT: TICKET SCAM - AVOID BOOKING! ________________________________________
THE SCAM - HOW THEY OPERATE:
1. INSTANT CONFIRMATION WITHOUT SECURED TICKETS
• They quickly confirmed my booking for 5 family members
• Sent professional-looking confirmation emails with booking codes
• Created a false sense of security regarding ticket guarantees
• I promptly booked non-refundable international flights to Spain and hotel accommodations based on their confirmation
2. TICKET DELIVERY DELAYS - THE STALLING BEGINS
• Despite providing all attendee details immediately, they kept stating tickets were "being processed"
• Promised tickets would be sent "once they are available"
• Received multiple messages delaying the process
3. THE FORCED DATE CHANGE SCAM
• Days prior to travel, they claimed the "monument will remain closed on the selected date due to circumstances beyond our control"
• This is FALSE - the Alhambra was NOT closed
• They pressured me into changing dates, citing an "official event at the monument"
• I was forced to update my reservation under duress
4. THE FINAL CANCELLATION
• After changing dates (leading to extra hotel costs I couldn’t cancel)
• They then claimed the NEW date was "unfortunately not available"
• Cancelled my reservation completely
• Promised a refund in "10-15 calendar days"

WHY THIS IS A DELIBERATE SCAM:
They sell tickets they DON'T HAVE, then:
1. Monitor actual Alhambra ticket demand
2. If demand is high and tickets sell out, they CANCEL your booking
3. They resell your time slot at inflated prices to others
4. You're left with a worthless refund while losing thousands on flights/hotels
Their own terms state tickets are "non-refundable" but they cancel freely, leaving customers to bear all the financial risk! RED FLAGS TO WATCH FOR:
🚩 They are NOT the official Alhambra website (official is: tickets.alhambra-patronato.es)
🚩 Their support stalls with generic responses
🚩 They claim "circumstances beyond our control" - it's a LIE
🚩 They operate under multiple names to evade bad reviews
🚩 Similar complaints exist for other third-party resellers using this exact tactic.
Complete Fraud! They operate from SPAIN and create fake official sites to deceive customers. Clearly, they have no intention of processing refunds. If you examine closely, you might notice the fine print warning you of the scam, but it's still a betrayal of trust. 21st-century criminals. Karma will catch up with you, you dishonest individuals.
