Customer service deserves zero stars

I would give zero stars if I could, but one is the minimum. The pricing is reasonable, but customer service is nonexistent. It’s all virtual assistants who made me schedule an appointment for a live agent. I waited for the call, but it went straight to voicemail without any notification. Horrible service. If you value your peace of mind, pay more for a plan elsewhere.

One star seems overly generous

One star seems overly generous. The customer support is abysmal—I waited more than two days for a callback regarding a technical issue that required immediate attention. Network coverage is consistently poor for both data and calls. I regret my decision to switch to this service.

Unexpected charges

Avoid this service to save everyone the hassle. I signed up for a plan that was supposed to cost $25 a month, plus an additional $20 for the first four months to cover the connection fee. My first bill came to $268, which was outrageous.

Tech support is frustrating

The tech support is absolutely terrible. I’ve been on hold for two days waiting for assistance. I’ve spent over 45 minutes on hold with no response. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences ever, and I would never recommend calling for support. Next time my bill is due, I might just say I'm busy and ask them to wait while I deal with other matters.

Fido lies and doesn't care about their customers

So fido made me an offer and the agent said he would call back after November 11th because that's when my contract ended. No one called back. Than I called today and the best fido would offer was 15 dollars a month more than what the other agent offered. So now i will look at moving this number as well. Oh, I switched my main number that i had with fido for 20 years to telus in September because their offer was 38.00 a month less. A month later fido called and said they they would beat the telus price by 5.00. Too late!But fido does tell me constantly that they value me as a customer.😂😂😂

Horrible service experience

Horrible service. I cannot speak to a human. Appointments are required, and calls always go to voicemail. I will be switching carriers. The service is the worst—if you can even call it that.

Absolutely poor service.

Absolutely poor service.Absolutely poor service. They either handed me the bill or asked me to change it. I had already paid, yet they are charging me again. I don't understand why this company is so cheap.Absolutely mediocre service - or rather, no service at all.
