Review Time
I've had exactly the same experience as the guy who has just posted! I have been trying for 3 weeks to get in touch with Fincut to return t shirts. No success at all. Several emails ignored as are Facebook and Instagram messages. I too think this is to put people off returning goods ...at least until the 30 day return period has ended. NO customer service!
Delivery took almost a month, followed size guide but too large for me. No returns instructions in the bag or online (it simply outlines the terms of return, no address or procedure). Emails either bounce back or aren’t answered, message via website ignored, Facebook message sent more recently. It shouldn’t be this hard, i have formed the view that it’s likely intentional to discourage returns/statutory rights.
