Review Time
I purchased 3 t shirts from this company not knowing they were based in France. I ordered size Medium and got a conformation email for 3 size small. I emailed immediately to raise the concern but got no reply. the website offers an online portal to send messages but you don't get any reply. The link to an email address sends you to FINCUT uk which doesn't exist.This company are either scammers or their customer service is non existent. the 3 t shirts arrived and were indeed a size small. the quality was average at best but didn't fit so needed to return. Again this was an uphill battle. It is impossible to get a reply from these people. I read through some of the comments on trust pilot and found that other people from the UK had the same experience. The only positive reviews seem to be from French customers. I only managed to get a response from Fincut when i put a negative comment on Trust pilot to which they sent me a direct message telling me to return the shirts. I was responsible for return shipping which cost me another £7.70 to send Royal mail. The shirts were sent back 2 weeks ago and its no surprise i have heard nothing back to confirm they have received them. I have sent emails and online messages with the tracking number for the return but they are just ignored. Please read other peoples comments before deciding to buy from this company.
