I recently tried to return an item but I ran into some trouble finding the right contact. The email listed on their website doesn't seem to exist, which was really frustrating. I tried reaching out several times, but it just bounced back. Also in returns info they ask for proof of purchase yet don’t send any receipt of order in package. I hope they sort this out because otherwise, I really liked the product. Just a heads up if you find yourself in a similar situation!
