Not only selling the product without VAT/ sales taxes, customs and duties charges, the customer representative (Siobhan, Alex) kept me posted about the order, delivery and any problems until the item arrived to me safely. Very satisfied with their service and I would love to come back for another item in the future.
I am leaving a review as a designer that was carried on the Finematter website. We have to pay a fee to be taken on the platform and in return we are promised that they will market our jewelry and take professional photos. I paid the fee in good faith and they never marketed my brand and only half of the photos were usable. They make money taking on as many designers as possible so beware. I pulled my collection from the platform. Also, they make small designers pay to be on it but big names don’t have to pay anything.
I am so so happy with a necklace that Finematter replated in white gold for me. The originally gold necklace was my mums, who passed away a little while ago. She wore it her whole life and I really wanted to wear it, but don't wear gold. It looks so beautiful and brand new. Fantastic customer service who dealt with my endless questions with so much patience! Turnaround was less than a week. Cannot recommend this company enough!
