I placed an order on February 25. The item was shown as 'in stock'. I then received an email saying the estimated shipping was March 17. I understand that could have been to the item being suddenly sold out. However, it is now March 27 and nothing has been received. I initiated the communication with Finematter to inquire on the whereabouts of my order on March 25 and received no meaningful response to date. It has been a very disappointing and unreliable experience so far, I would NOT recommend.

AVOID!!!!!! i sent my ring to be re golded in october, we’re now in february and i have just admitted im never getting my ring back. was a very sentimental ring to me, and after many emails asking for an update etc. no answer and still no ring, i’m truely devastated and would advise everyone to do your research first and take your jewellery somewhere trust worthy. i intend to take this further so let’s hope this company gets what they deserve.
I reached out to Finematter for information on resizing a ring of mine. It took over a couple of weeks to receive a response. I sent another inquiry, and they promised they would get back to me the next day with an answer on whether or not they could do the job. It's been months now, and still nothing. I'm glad I didn't send anything to them anyway, based on the horror stories here.
I received a beautiful piece of jewellery from Finematter. Fast delivery, however somewhat cheeky customer care.They also don’t wait to charge you until shipment is ready, so that is a down side to be aware off. Overall an okay experience.
