Ordering and shipment was great. My only issue is the Dimplex Tech I spoke with on the phone did not have a solution to solve a remote control frequency problem when I use my LG remote and it turns my fireplace on. He told me to contact LG, which said I need Dimplex to reset their frequency on the fireplace. I still have the issue and need help.

We ordered a Dimplex IgniteXL 74" Linear Recessed. We built the wall ourselves and the install of the fireplace was much easier than expected. The fireplace is great and looks great. Streamline linear loom and realistic looking flames. The fireplace is plugged in and not on a dedicated breaker. we have not had any issues with the breaker flipping while blowing heat.
The Fireplace Exchange was very helpful with information on the fireplace insert I wanted. They spent a lot of time with me on the phone going over all of the options and helped me make the best choice! I installed the insert and it looks and works great!
