I was taken aback at how long it took. And I cannot use the glasses as they are incorrect for my eyes in that I cannot see with them as if they are the wrong lenses or I measured the distance between pupils incorrectly.Having just read Firmoo’s reply to my post, I am most impressed by the way in which they are addressing this issue and how seriously they are taking it. I so wanted my Firmoo experience to be positive so as to be able to recommend them to family and friends. I am optimistic that this will still be the case.
