Made a purchase on their site. Got email item shipping UPS with tracking number, which was quickly changed to shipment cancelled. A phone call from them something about item is being shipped from their factory. A month later no vest, unreturned emails and my request for cancellation ignored. Horrible customer service.AVOID THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!!
I recently bought a $200 vest from them. I have bought multiple items from them in the past but this item in particular was supposed to be a gift. I had it mailed to my address. There was a picture taken that it was mailed to my address come to find out the package was stolen so I called last week and speak to some men and he says that I would get a refund after they investigate with the shipper about the package today I called back to speak to Jason and he says that since it was delivered they can’t help me getting my money back. He did offer to send another one but as it’s a gift, I do not need it, so now I am out $200 with that being said I will not be shopping with them anymore considering I was a loyal customer and bought multiple items from them.
