I'm just like everyone else. Said treadmill was delivered. It wasn't. Sent several emails. No reply. I guess they will say will give refund but won't just from what everyone else saying. Kinda figured at beginning treadmill was a hoax by the price. I have MS just wanted to stay a little active.

Ordered and paid for treadmill. They said it was delivered even though there was no tracking information supplied and treadmill was definitely NOT received.Contacted by email and they said they would issue a refund - 5 weeks later still waiting and no refund received.Will not respond to emails and no other contact information.ABSOLUTE SCAM.
Very disappointing experience with FirstRide Co. I ordered a treadmill that never arrived. After contacting them, they promised to refund my money, but the refund has still not been processed.It is unacceptable to take a customer’s money and not deliver the product or the refund. I would not recommend buying from this company.
