We were kept up-to-date with the time of the technicians visit and able to track him to the house. Very polite and knowledgeable about the Appliance. Able to make a repair rather than simply replacing a part. Made a few other adjustments and explained how to make best use of the controls. Thank you very much, Adam S (tech126)
