Excellent overall

Excellent communication from the initial telephone contact, reminders about the appointment and then real time updates about the arrival of the technician.The technician, Adam Smith, was very professional, courteous and friendly. He worked efficiently and kept us informed. He identified the problem quickly and replaced the necessary part effecting a very prompt solution. Adam inspired great confidence because his knowledge and expertise were immediately apparent.Overall we couldn’t fault our experience

Good Fisher Paykel service experience

Paul arrived on time and knew exactly what he needed to do. He provided helpful advice on maintaining the fridge, rebooted it and stayed just long enough to ensure that everything was back up and running. He showed me the part he replaced, a cool air damper, and clearly explained what the problem was. Hopefully no more problems with the fridge freezing and freezer not being cold enough.

Robin was excellent

Robin was excellent. Booking appointment was easy and we were kept informed about timings on the day. Robin was very friendly and professional.
