*UPDATE I had to pay £118 for a replacement part, all for my dishwasher to break AGAIN 3 days later!! Still nothing from the customer care team, no call or email. As of December I have now spent over £900 on call outs to repair the same dishwasher. fraudulent company. I am extremely disappointed with my Fisher & Paykel dishwasher drawer. It’s only 7 years old, and in the last year alone, it has required servicing four times since we moved into our home. We’ve spent over £800 on repairs, and now we’re facing yet another issue with both drawers.To make matters worse, there’s currently a 3-week wait to get a technician out to look at the appliance. This level of unreliability and delay is completely unacceptable, in addition to the £180 call out each time. For a premium brand, I expected far better quality, longevity, and customer service.Spending such a significant amount on repairs within just one year should not be necessary, and it raises serious concerns about the durability of the product. I’ve requested a technician to repair the dishwasher free of charge or a replacement with the £800 spent on repairs deducted.I hope Fisher & Paykel steps up and resolves this quickly. No customer should have to deal with constant breakdowns and long wait times for service. I’ll update this review based on how they handle the situation, but for now, I cannot recommend this product.
