Paul was super friendly and helpful. He came out to us on New Year’s Eve knowing we had no working fridge and slotted us into a very busy schedule! Despite rats chewing through all our fridge wires and blowing the electric, he made the job seem like no problem at all and gave helpful advice for future care. Happy with the service

Paul communicated well and fixed the issues we had with our cooker hood. The fact that the hood needed the electronic pad replacing after 6 months of light use was not so good but this is not a reflection of the engineer service

Engineer

Engineer, Adam Smith, was very helpful. He fixed our problem and explained why the problem had occurred. He also gave us a few suggestions on how we could prevent it happening again and also how we could improve the efficiency of our dishwasher.
