Jiy came to fix a problem with our fridge which was freezing everything. He identified the issue very quickly with the fan and had a replacement available to fix it there and then. He also replaced the water filter at the same time. The whole service was very efficient and dealt with by a very professional and knowledgeable engineer. I am happy to recommend Fisher & Paykel products especially with a service like this. Thank you very much for such a great customer experience.

Impeccable service done by Fisher and Paykel.Jiy was a very professional and knowledgeable and fixed all issues on the same visit.I can’t complain about the customer service as it’s led by a great team, you talk to humans as opposed as an automated service and they always come quickly and with a very high level of service
