Jai - the engineer was knowledgable, well organised helpful approachable and checked the whole fridge through. He was happy to answer questions and give advice re the workings of the fridge. We particularly liked that he could arrive the day after our initial call

Brilliant service

Paul was on time, tidy, polite, friendly and got on with the repair of my fridge. I live in a rural area in West Wales but Paul was with us within 4 days of my phone call to Fisher and Paykel.Hoping the repair works (Paul was confident that it would) as I love my Fisher and Paykel fridge!
