Paul came out and fixed our hob under warranty. He had to order parts once diagnosed problem and booked in an appointment to fit at the same time. Explained what would happen on next visit giving us time to clear some space for him to work unobstructed. Excellent service.
Trevor was polite, knowledgeable and efficient with his work. He arrived within the time window given and we received clear communication regarding his arrival. The work was completed quickly and the area tidied afterwards. Trevor even offered to help me put the kitchen drawers back in place.
Adam Smith was our technician who came to fix our oven . He was excellent, very knowledgeable and voluntarily asked if everything was ok with our other F&P appliances , gave me a few tips on efficiently running our F&P dishwasher and sorted out a 2nd visit himself once he’d received a missing part. Very happy to highly recommend him and the company.
