No Star – Order Never Arrived, No Communication
I am extremely frustrated with this company. I placed an order and it has never been delivered. There has been no tracking, no clear updates, and no proper response despite multiple attempts to contact them.
Weeks have passed and I am still waiting, with no explanation and no resolution. The lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable.
At this point, the experience feels highly suspicious. Whether this is incompetence or something more concerning, I cannot say — but as a customer, this has been a terrible experience.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

This service seems to lure customers in with sales, accepts payments, and continually reassures you that your order is on its way. However, both times I ordered, they failed to deliver. They only acknowledged the lack of stock after my follow-ups. Their poor stock management is evident, and they show no accountability. There are better options available online with reliable stock management and customer care.
I was misled by a store representative about a pair of sunglasses. While traveling, I specifically asked for a certain style, and they sold me a different one without clarification. Now I can't return to the store to fix this, and customer service has not responded to my inquiries. I just want a refund to buy the correct pair elsewhere.
