We’ve just returned from our trip and had a fantastic experience with Flight Centre UK from start to finish. Kat, who booked the trip for us, was brilliant – everything was arranged perfectly, and the communication was excellent.When our return flight from Singapore was unexpectedly cancelled, Caroline was amazing. She jumped in immediately, arranged a new flight for us, and kept us calm and reassured throughout the process.Both Kat and Caroline were incredible, and their support made all the difference. Huge thanks to them and the team – we’ll definitely be booking through Flight Centre again!
We had wonderful guidance through everything we needed to do for our trip to Australia. Our questions and concerns where dealt with professionalism and at times great patience and humour. I wanted help to book a flights and hotels for a holiday to New Zealand. Catrina always responded very quickly and was able to make changes if required. Booked flights through Flight Centre to a destination I haven't been to before (with Jodie and Julia).
