Reece helped me plan our trip from the very beginning. I didn't know where to start, but he asked all the right questions, went away and came back with an itinerary, and within budget. Reece tweaked the itinerary and bookings, whenever we thought of something else, and nothing was too much trouble. The flights and stopovers and hotels were all just right for us. When we were in Australia, we were faced with the arrival of a cyclone, but Reece changed our flights for us, so we were able to avoid it. Honestly, he took all the stress out of it. I would definitely recommend Reece, and Flight Centre, and now that we've got the travel bug, we will always use this company, and hopefully Reece will still be there. The other staff who answered the phone seemed equally lovely, and communication was always excellent.
I have never thought of using Flight Centre for tailor-made holidays as I considered they just did flights. How wrong could I be!In MHO they are more flexible than Trailfinders, more cost effective than Kuoni, so will definitely use them again in the future. Big shout out to the staff at Hove.
Our experience with Imogen Altmann has been excellent. We have used Imogen for a few trips, and when an issue arose regarding a delay of 48 hours due to airline operational difficulties, Imogen was informative, supportive, and secured compensation. At times when issues occur, the service you receive tells you if the company and their individuals are willing to go the extra mile.We have just recently booked our next bespoke trip with Imogen for 2026.
Michelle has been amazing helping us with our cruise. She is professional, patient and knowledgeable. This will be our first cruise and Michelle has helped us every step of the way even booking the car park for us.
