I arranged my holiday with Eliza Joiner @ Flight Centre UK. She was there when I needed her to confirm an extended hotel stay, which greatly eased my concerns. The holiday it was amazing( Seem Rep to see Angkor Wat and the Killing Fields) one was amazing the other thought provoking. All in all an excellent company to deal with, highly recommended.
Wasn’t sure about booking through a broker but unlike Trailfinders they were able to offer flights at competitive rates and we managed the rest for our Kuala Lumpur then on to Bali trip. At one point ahead of departure we needed to remove one seat and upgrade to extra leg, it was no problem. We had a really nice holiday and I will definitely insider using Flight Centre again. James Howe has organised many trips for myself and my family over the years but always to the USA which I am very familiar and comfortable with. This year I decided to go out of my comfort zone to South East Asia with friends and we were a little clueless. James organised the whole trip and itinerary for us and included once in a lifetime experiences that none of us will ever forget. We started in Bangkok, Thailand and travelled through Vietnam and on to Cambodia. We are all still in our amazed and happy bubble. He included an overnight cruise in Halong Bay, with kayaking, hiking, cooking, sunrise Tai Chi and more. And he sent us on a trip to the Mekong Delta by boat and included cycling and meeting the villagers and being taken on a serene and beautiful long boat. The places we visited were stunning and the travelling in between was stress free. Our hotels were fantastic (except one we chose ourselves which was ropey so James helped us move quickly). I cannot recommend James enough - we all think he is wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and he certainly knows his stuff. Thank you James and Flightcentre UK
I booked a 2 month holiday of a lifetime to Australia, French Polynesia, The Cook Islands and New Zealand through Jo MacKenzie at Flight Centre in London. She handled my flight and accommodation needs and requests perfectly and was always available to answer my queries. I'm back home now and everything went like clockwork when I was away. Thanks Jo.
I reached out to Flight Centre because I have booked holidays with them previously when I was living in Australia and the USA.I came through the switch to Cloe, and I honestly couldn't have done better. Chloe listened to what I needed and provided relevant suggestions in line with my requirements and budget.She was really helpful to work with and didn't mind when I had to make a change to my accomodation. I have, so far found the service from the flight centre to be exceptional.From my initial enquiry on line to the speedy response I received from Sam Mclean . This later resulted in numerous emails mainly from myself changing dates checking airlines and enquiring about the price. I cannot thank Sam enough for his patience, swift responses to my emails and his professional manner at all times. He is a credit to the flight centre . We have now booked and look forward to our trip to NZ later in the year. If the trip goes as smoothly as Sam’s service we’ll definitely be in for a treat .
