Catrina helped me book my flights to and from Australia in addition to multiple shorter flights throughout my trip. She was extremely helpful and had lots of knowledge about traveling the continent. She even recommended a tour around NZ which was the highlight of my 7 months. She was always available to email and edit flights which was extremely comforting.
We wanted a last minute multi-centre trip to Thailand. We were quite specific about the max price and our wish list, which was considerable. We didn't expect to get everything we had asked for. Well, Rachel went over and above what we hoped for. We are now looking forward to an amazing holiday with 2 exciting excursions included. Everything we need is sorted, we can relax and enjoy the adventure. It is not often that you get a travel agent who clearly has significant expertise and knowledge, who really listens to what you need and want, and who can put that all together for you so well and so quickly. We have been made to feel like truly valued customers. We are delighted with our planned trip and can't wait to begin the adventure.
Was seen by Reece I gave him my requests for travel to Australia he gave me my options to which the flights could be held for 72 hours without commitment as to say I very happy with the outcome and decided to book my vacation utterly satisfied with the speedy response from Reece and his excellent customer service
Scott Ruttley at Flight Centre was excellent. He asked the right questions, came up with solutions, provided information that was very helpful and found a price on a business class flight which was around 20% less than I had anticipated. I will be using his services again in the future.
